FOSMI to hold awareness programme on QMS and QTT

Kolkata, Feb 6 (KNN) Federation of small and medium Industries (FOSMI), West Bengal will hold an awareness programme on Quality Management Standards (QMS) and Quality Technical Tools (QTT).

QMS and QTT are considered the two important components of the Government’s National competitiveness programme (NMCP).

The programme is being jointly organised by the FOSMI and MSME-DI Kolkata on 10 February.

Apart from the programme, they will be holding an awareness programme on ZED Maturity Assessment.

The ZED Maturity Assessment has been conceived and structured to offer graded bench mark levels of an organisation’s performance through a set of standard enablers and outcome parameters focusing on Quality & Environmental Performances. It aims to rate and handhold all MSMEs to deliver top quality products using clean technology. (KNN Bureau)
