FOSMI to hold sessions on solar energy with Tata Power Solar and SIDBI on Sept 2

Kolkata, Aug 30 (KNN) Federation of Small & Medium Industries, West Bengal (FOSMI) is organising a session on solar energy with Tata Power Solar on September 2 at former’s conference hall at 4pm.

Concurrently there will be an additional session with Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) on their schemes for financing projects on solar power.

SIDBI is already aligned with Tata Power Solar for their project financing.

The aim of the meetings is to promote solar energy adoption among MSMEs in reducing its energy cost and thereby receiving advantage in product pricing.

With advancement of solar energy technology its use in a variety of products is becoming widespread and affordable along with decline in conventional sources of energies like exhaustion of fuels like Coal, Petroleum etc. 

Members can register their name over mail with FOSMI by August 31 as the seats are limited.

Other related association members need to register their name by mentioning the name of the association they belong to.  (KNN Bureau)
