Coimbatore, Jan 18 (KNN) With an endeavour to give a global perspective of developments in the foundry industry, the Indian Foundry Congress is being organized here from January 29-31.

As many as 2000 delegates are expected to visit the 64th edition of the Foundry Congress being organized along with its parallel events Indian Foundry Exhibition (IFEX-2016) and Cast Expo.

There are two Plenary Session CEO meets having participation from CEOs of India’s leading Foundries and OEMs across industries.

The 12th IFEX will show case modern Foundry Technology, Equipment, Supplies and Services. The event envisages to provide a platform for Indian and overseas Companies to interact and benefit, while being introduced to newer avenues with Local Fervour and Global Stature.

Meanwhile, the Cast India Expo will be a show case event of Casting Capacities and Capabilities of Indian Foundries.

A separate session is being held for the MSME sector for which a Sub-Committee has been formed. The sub-committee is working towards ensuring that the MSMEs are able to take full advantage from the event. (KNN Bureau)
