K'taka all set to woo investors during Invest Karnataka from Feb 3-5

Bangalore, Jan 21 (KNN) The Karnataka Government is all set to host ‘Invest Karnataka, a global investors’ summit, from February 3-5 with the focus on sectors like manufacturing, IT, Agro & Food processing, Textile & Garments, Smart Cities and Urban Infrastructure, Energy and Tourism.
 
During Invest Karnataka 2016, one major initiative planned is IK Global Expo spread over one lakh sq ft area consisting of over 500 booths. 
 
The focus pavilions planned are Aerospace and Defence, Automobiles, Machine Tools & Textiles, ICT, Electronics and Hardware, Agrotech and Food Processing, Healthcare & Life sciences, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Skills, Education and R&D, Tourism, Leading Nations & States of India and Banking, Financial services and Insurance.
 
The event will give an opportunity to the entrepreneurs to interact with over 5,000 delegates and over 25000 business visitors.
 
Invest Karnataka will have Sectoral sessions; Partner country/state sessions; B2B/ B2G networking opportunities; and Expo.
 
The proposed global meet has already fetched a lot of curiosity in the investor community this year.
 
Central Ministers including Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari, Minister for Urban Development Venkaiah Naidu are expected to visit the event. National Vice-President of Congress Rahul Gandhi is also likely to visit the event.
