New Delhi, Dec 16 (KNN) In an effort to provide basic knowledge of six sigma methodology along with concepts, tools and techniques, the government is planning to conduct various training programmes on application of different tools and techniques.

The Ministry of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) has offered Six Sigma online yellow belt certification course to be held at the MSME technology development centres.

The certificate course is suitable for professionals who are involved in research, innovations or consulting in process improvement practices.

The objective of the programme is to create awareness about the various basic requirements of the six sigma methodology.

Among other benefits, participants will be exposed to world class practices followed in the industry.

A certificate from Government of India will be awarded to all the participants on successful completion of the course.
