Chennai, Jul 13 (KNN) The Micro Small Medium Enterprises-Development Institute (MSME-DI), Chennai is organising a 3-week part-time training programme on fund sourcing techniques at BRK Academy, Chennai from July 13 to 31 for the benefit of MSMEs.

The training programme covers several aspects including fundamental analysis of financial statements; technical analysis; calculation of fund raising eligibility; capital structure; financial re-engineering and optimising cost of capital.

It will also impart the knowledge on concepts of term loans, various methods for raising term loans, concept of working capital, operating cycle, ratio analysis, eligibility calculation, methods and instruments to raise working capital, rating methodology, equity funds, types and methodology to raise these funds with valuation techniques, documentation and preparation of information memorandum, and preparation of bankable project.

Participants will be provided opportunity for self-employment, jobs in MSMEs, MNCs, private limited companies and corporates as technician and adviser. (KNN Bureau)
