109th company gets listed with BSE SME

Mumbai, Sept 14 (KNN) Equity shares of H K Trade got listed with the SME exchange of BSE on Monday. There are 109 companies listed with the bourse till date now.
 
“Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Monday, September 14, 2015 the equity shares of H.K. Trade International Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Exchange in the list of ‘MT’ Group of Securities,” BSE said in a notification.
 
Further, the scrip will be in Trade-for-Trade segment for 10 trading days, the notification added.
 
H K Trade International Ltd is one of the pioneers in the manufacturing, supplying and trading of Adhesive tapes, Adhesive labels, and Non Adhesive tapes, Speciality paper & Teslin papers.
 
The company is also into the business of manufacturing, converting and supplying of adhesive tapes and synthetic paper (teslin papers) from jumbo rolls of adhesive tapes and synthetic paper (teslin) respectively. 
 
Out of 109 companies listed with the exchange, as many as 7 companies have moved to the main board. (KNN Bureau)
