20 large and 100 small TCs to be setup with Rs 6000 crore allocated in the interim budget: Giriraj

New Delhi, Feb 2 (KNN) About 20 large and 100 small Technology Centres are going to be set up with a support of Rs.6000 crore allocated in this interim budget 2109, said Giriraj Singh, Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

In his exclusive interview with KNN India, he said that the Finance Minister Piyush Goyal has covered all the sectors in the interim budget presented at the parliament.

Comparing with previous budgets, he said, “Earlier budget use to touch only Rs 2,000 crore, but now we touch an amount of Rs 7,000 crore.”

Speaking about the decrease in Fiscal Deficit, Singh said that on one side our government has decreased Fiscal Deficit while on the other hand increased the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of India.

He concluded saying that it is a great budget and will be beneficial for MSMEs.
