4th MSME and Startup Expo kicks off in Delhi, more than 300 national-international exhibitors on board

New Delhi, Aug 25 (KNN) Eyeing at boosting and collaborating the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in the country, the 4th MSME and Startup Expo kicked off in the national capital.

This year's edition of the exhibition has over 250 MSMEs exhibitors. Also exhibitors from countries including Zimbabwe, Czech Republic, Sweden and Taiwan are on board.

In a press interview, Rajnish Goenka, Founder Chairman, MSME Development Forum said that the main aim of the Expo is the promotion of entrepreneurship among the Indian youth.

He added that the MSME sector needs to be focussed upon in order to achieve the development goals set by the government as this sector contributes significantly to the economy as well as creation of jobs.

The 4th India International MSME & Startup Expo is an annual event, organized by the MSME Development Forum in association with ITPO.

The expo will be up till 26th of August in the national capital.

Key government officials from the MSMe Ministry as well as the central government including Jitendra Singh, Minister of State for the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DONER) were present on the first day of the event. (KNN/DA)
