Amazon Business launches ‘MSME Accelerate’

Bengaluru, June 10 (KNN) In a bid to help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to get back on their feet, in line with the government’s efforts to reopen businesses, Amazon Business has launched a promotional event named 'MSME Accelerate'.

According to Amazon Business ‘MSME Accelerate’ will be present till June 20th on Amazon.in/Business. MSME Accelerate will feature different sections on the website (Amazon.in/Business) such as selection, deals, discounts and savings to help small businesses kick start operations as they cater to new demands.

“As part of our commitment to serving MSMEs, we are happy to launch “MSME Accelerate” to help them kick start their operations with a curated set of products to address emerging needs such as ensuring workplace safety and hygiene or enabling work fr0m home,'' said Commenting on the launch, Peter George, Director, Amazon Business.

''The event helps our MSME buyers conveniently to discover and save on such products. MSME Accelerate is also our attempt to help lakhs of sellers reach millions of Businesses,” he added.

''The event will also feature selection fr0m both brands and MSMEs with over 3.7 lakh sellers on the marketplace. In a difficult time for sellers, the event provides an opportunity for them to sell in larger quantities to Businesses,'' said Amazon Business in a statement.

MSME customers can leverage the event as a one-stop destination to access a wide range of products fr0m top categories to cater to their various needs, especially that of creating a safe work environment.

''Businesses can get access to over 4000 exclusive deals in addition to a 10% cashback on orders above INR 1499 and save more with GST input tax credit and bulk discounts,'' the statement added.
