BBIA conducts Art of Living workshop for MSMEs

Jammu, Nov 22 (KNN)  To promote excellence at the workplace, Bari Brahmana Industries Association conducted an ‘Art of Living’ workshop’ for its members that belong to the MSME Sector.

As many as 60 participants from the industrial fraternity of Bari Brahmana attended the week long workshop conducted by the Art of Living Foundation, spearheaded by the religious leader, Ravi Shanker, according to a release.

Resource persons at the workshop were Arunima Sinha, Umesh and Bhagwan, trainers from Ahmedabad who abled demonstrated the various benefits of the programme which was tailormade for MSME Sector, especially to help create a stress free environment at the work place.

The routines practised would help members to improve their flexibility and physical health, the ability to manage stress, gain greater confidence, and increase productivity, motivation as well as work performance, decision making, creativity, job satisfaction, positive thinking and leadership qualities.   
 
Inaugurated by President BBIA, Annil Suri, the workshop saw the participation of senior Vice President, Rakesh Bhat, employers/ executives and employees of Shalimar Floorings Private Ltd, Saraswati Agro Chemical India Pvt Ltd, Kamakhya Oils Co, and Ravenbhel Health Care Pvt Ltd.  (KNN Bureau)
