BHEL invites MSE vendors to register

Bhopal, Jul 8 (KNN)  With an aim to increase the participation of micro and small enterprises in their procurement, the Supplier Development Cell of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) here has invited business units to register with them.

“Unregistered micro and small enterprises are being invited for registration with BHEL – Bhopal to increase their participation in procurement,” said an official BHEL notification today.

Owners, promoters and proprietors are required to complete the supplier registration form with all statutory documents, endorsed by the relevant authority such as DIC / NSIC/Khadi and Gramodyog and caste certificate if applicable.

BHEL is looking for suppliers and vendors of various items, the details of which are specified on their website.

Established in 1964, BHEL is an integrated power plant equipment manufacturer, one of the largest engineering and manufacturing companies in India in terms of turnover.

It is engaged in the design, engineering, manufacture, construction, testing, commissioning and servicing of a wide range of products and services for the core sectors of the economy, viz. Power, Transmission, Industry, Transportation (Railway), Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas and Defence.

BHEL has 15 manufacturing divisions, two repair units, four regional offices, eight service centres and 15 regional centres and currently operate at more than 150 project sites across India and abroad.
