‘CAPCON-18’, an interactive session on capital market for SMEs to be held in Hyderabad on Nov 23

New Delhi, Nov 5 (KNN) Eyeing to facilitate startups and SMEs with regard to knowledge of accessing capital markets for their growth needs, an interactive session titled ‘CAPCON’ will be held in Hyderabad on November 23, 2019. Experts from different areas will participate in the event.

CAPCON-18 will be held at National Institute of MSME, Hyderabad.

The key objective of the session is to make aware the startups and SMEs about the investment scenario and make them learn from National Stock Exchange (NSE) that how to leverage Stock Exchanges to raise capital for SMEs and MSMEs.

The event also aims to make them understand about the GREX-avenue for growth and funding for unlisted companies.

The participants will get an opportunity to have a direct interaction with a value investor. This interactive session will try to give all the answers of entrepreneurs related to ‘But, where and how to access efficient capital’ as entrepreneurs need to be smart at raising capital to fuel their growth needs.

Understanding the needs of entrepreneurs, the session will shed light on the various key agendas that include the options for listing at a Stock Exchange, how to build valuable business before listing, various capital raising options available for unlisted companies, how to raise capital without losing too much equity and what value investors look for while investing.

The key note speakers who will shed light on the aforementioned agendas are Vinit Goenka, Member-Governing Council-CRIS, Minister of Railways; Member-IT Taskforce,Ministries of Shipping, Road Transport & Highways, Anil Bharadwaj, Secretary General, Federation of Indian Small and Micro Enterprises (FISME).

The session will help entrepreneurs in making smart decisions about raising capital to fuel their growth needs.

The full long session will be held on capital markets and how do they work for investors so that they can make their investments at right place and can go a long way in deep wealth creation.

Capital Markets are participative platforms where both can achieve their growth objectives.

Rachana Bhusari Vice President, National Stock Exchange of India Limited will take a session on ‘Listing options for startups and SMEs’ while Manish Kumar, Co-Founder, GREX will give you the knowledge about ‘Understanding GREX as a Private Market’

A panel discussion on ‘Gaps in growth capital availability and how best to bridge them’ will also be held during the interactive session.
