New Delhi, June 15 (KNN) With demand pouring in from across sectors for financial inclusion and lower cost finances for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME) sector, the Commerce & Industry Minister said the Centre is in touch with the banks over this.

Andhra Pradesh is a land of opportunities, said Union Minister for Railways and Commerce Piyush Goyal at an interactive session on ‘Ease of Doing Business’ with the industry representatives.

He has termed Andhra Pradesh as a land of opportunities and offered to extend all support from the Centre to the entrepreneurs coming up with bright and innovative ideas.

He indicated that the Central government is in touch with banks to extend low-interest financing to the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and export-oriented units.

Apart from coming up with a comprehensive policy on e-vehicles, the government would soon take a decision on anti-dumping duty on automobiles, which, he said, would certainly benefit the industry as a whole.

Finding the atmosphere in the State congenial for industrialization, he said that the Centre would be ever-ready with incentives to support the small and medium scale industrial units to fulfill the larger goal of achieving higher employment rate.

On the ‘Ease Of Doing Business’, Minister for Information Technology and Industries Mekapati Goutham Reddy said the new government would offer corruption-free, transparent and accountable governance, and grab every opportunity to benefit the industry.
