CMIA urges Maha Govt for an anchor industry under DMIC to boost MSMEs

Aurangabad, Sep 3 (KNN) Chamber of Marathwada Industries and Agriculture (CMIA) President, Gurpreet Singh Bagga had asked  Subhash Desai, Industries Minister, Government of Maharashtra to have an anchor industry under DMIC project so that the existing MSMEs can get additional work.

CMIA also suggested to keep a sustainable approach for ‘Clean and Green MIDC Industrial Area’ through ‘Marathwada Environmental Care Cluster (MECC)’ initiative.

President pointed that NGT Issues being faced by industries and the initiatives by CMIA through MECC and CMIA requested Industries Minister for his guidance on resolving few issues connected with MIDC and MPCB for the same.

CMIA President requested Subhash Desai to meet CMIA Delegation to hold further detailed discussions on the issues connected with the Industries in the Region and the other points related to the overall growth of Industries of Marathwada Region.

CMIA delegation comprising of 10 CMIA Executive Committee Members & senior industrialists from the region will be meeting Industries Minister at Mumbai at the end of this fortnight as confirmed by the Industries Minister.

CMIA has requested Hon.Industries Minister to invite CEO, Joint CEO MIDC & Joint MD AITL MPCB & NGT Officials to be present for the proposed meeting of CMIA Delegation with Industries Minister at Mumbai so that they can take forward the subject discussions. (KNN Bureau)
