Dindigul Farm Products Limited Files For IPO On BSE SME Exchange

New Delhi, Jun 5 (KNN) Dindigul Farm Products Limited, a prominent dairy processing company based in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with the BSE SME Exchange for an upcoming initial public offering (IPO).

Through the IPO, Dindigul Farm Products Limited aims to raise funds by issuing 64,50,000 fresh equity shares.

The company intends to utilise the net proceeds from the issue for the Funding Capital Expenditure, Meeting Working Capital Requirements and General Corporate Purposes.

Beeline Capital Advisors Private Limited has been appointed as the Book Running Lead Manager for the issue, while Link Intime India Private Limited will serve as the Registrar to the Issue.

The company is engaged in the processing of whole milk and skimmed milk to manufacture dairy ingredients such as milk protein concentrates, skimmed milk powder, dairy whiteners, whey protein concentrate, milk whey powder, casein, unbranded cream, butter, and fat-filled powders for infant milk formula.

The processing facility, spanning over 15 acres, is situated in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, and plays a crucial role in the company's operations.
