Entrepreneurship programme on small business creation

New Delhi, Jan 2 (KNN) The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) is organising entrepreneurship development programme (EDP) on small business creation with the view to develop and strengthen entrepreneurial quality and motivation.

The programme is scheduled from January 20-24 in Noida.

The programme will focus on areas like identifying and train the potential entrepreneurs in the region, imparting basis managerial knowledge and understanding, helping in selecting the right type of project and products, formulating the effective and profitable project, enhancing industrial development and appreciating the needed social responsibility and entrepreneurial discipline.

It will highlight scope of entrepreneurship and small business development, small business planning, appraising small business opportunities, small business management skills, legal business structure and regulatory requirements of business.

The programme will also feature self-help group (SHG) foundation, banking process and DIC involvement.

NIESBUD, apex body of Ministry of MSME has the objective to evolve standardised materials and processes for selection, training, support and sustenance of entrepreneurship, potential and existing. (KNN/ST)
