New Delhi, Jun 18 (KNN) The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) will host the first BRICS MSME Forum, along with the third SME Working Group Meeting, on June 19 in Agra.

The event will be held under the theme ‘Building for Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation and Sustainability’, bringing together policymakers, industry leaders and entrepreneurs from BRICS and partner nations.

Discussions will focus on key areas such as access to finance, technology adoption, and the growth of sustainability-oriented enterprises. Industry associations from participating countries are also expected to contribute, the ministry said in a release.

The forum will see participation from BRICS members and partner countries including Brazil, China, Russia and South Africa, along with nations such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia and Vietnam, among others.

The gathering is aimed at strengthening global MSME ecosystems, promoting sustainability, and enhancing cross-border cooperation, according to the Ministry of MSME.

The forum will provide a platform for participating countries to share best practices, policy experiences and case studies aimed at building resilient and future-ready MSME ecosystems.
