New Delhi, May 3 (KNN) As many as 130 Taiwanese companies are all set to exhibit their products and services from across sectors during Taiwan Expo 2018 to be held at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi.

This is first of its kind that the Government of Taiwan is organizing the mega expo in India.

The Expo will be held from May 17-19, 2018. Companies from across sectors including both consumer as well as industrial goods will take part in the expo.

The opening ceremony will be held on May 17. The apex industry body for MSME associations in India, FISME, has called upon micro, small and medium enterprises to attend the Expo and explore business opportunities with the Taiwanese companies.

The Federation of Indian Micro and Small & Medium Enterprises (FISME) has been taking business delegations to Taiwan to attend their exhibitions viz Taipei International Machine Tool Show (TIMTOS), Taipei Plas, Food Taipei etc.

Last year FISME led a delegation of as many as 50 members, one of the largest private sector SME delegations, to Taiwan.
