The FISME delegation was headed by Mukesh Kalra, Joint Secretary (International Trade). The delegation was in Taiwan from August 14 to 18, 2018.

Kalra, who returned to India on Tuesday 21st August said, “The visit was quite fruitful as Indian MSMEs found the Taiwanese technology and machineries to be suitable for their production. The exhibition provided an excellent platform to see the latest technology and machinery in operation. The Indian MSME entrepreneurs had B2B meetings with the Taiwanese companies and some of them also went for factory visits in Taichung.”

Most of the delegates expressed their desire to return to the show in the year 2020.
