Taipei, Mar 16 (KNN) The Federation of Indian Micro and Small & Medium Enterprises (FISME) took a business delegation of around 25 delegates to Taiwan for the Taipei International Machine Tool Show (TIMTOS), Asia’s 2nd largest Machine Tool Trade Show.

FISME has been successfully leading the delegations to Taipei International Machine Tool Show, popularly known as TIMTOS, Food Taipei and other exhibitions organized by Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) for the last few years.

The FISME delegation was headed by Mukesh Kalra, Joint Secretary (International Trade), FISME. The delegation was in Taiwan from March 4 to 9, 2019.

Most of the delegates expressed their desire to return to the show in the year 2020.

The delegates indulged in B2B meetings with Taiwanese Companies and also discussed about the opportunities in areas like Joint Venture (JV), Training of Trainers (TOT) and Outsourcing etc.

The entrepreneurs visited both Nangang exhibition center as well as TWTC exhibition halls.

They also visited various factories of Taiwanese Companies situated around Taipei to understand their culture of entrepreneurship better.

Taichung an industrial city on the western side of central Taiwan which is also known as a hub for machine manufacturers was also visited by the delegates.

TIMTOS is an important platform for domestic and international companies to showcase their latest products.
Taipei International Machine Tool Show or popularly known as TIMTOS was organized by Taiwan External Trade Development Council and Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry.

The delegates ended the trip on an extremely positive note.
