FISME To Host National Conference On Global Trade Challenges Facing MSMEs
New Delhi, Jul 10 (KNN) The Federation of Indian Micro and Small & Medium Enterprises (FISME), in collaboration with the Economic Policy Centre (EPC) at Mahindra University and the Friends of MSMEs in Parliament, will organise a conference on ‘Global Shocks, Local Stakes: MSMEs at the Crossroads of Trade and Transition’.
The conference will be held on July 17 at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
The conference will bring together policymakers, industry representatives and experts to discuss the challenges facing India's micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) amid evolving global trade dynamics.
Discussions will focus on issues such as the impact of US tariff measures, emerging green regulations, supply chain disruptions arising from the Middle East crisis, and other structural challenges affecting the MSME sector.
Minister of State, Ministry of MSME Shobha Karandlaje will attend the conference as the Chief Guest.
The event aims to examine policy options to help MSMEs strengthen their competitiveness and resilience in an increasingly uncertain global economic environment.
