New Delhi, July 11 (KNN) The Federation of Small and Medium Industries (FOSMI) in collaboration with Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI)   is conducting a four months training program on Total Quality Management. The course focusses on improving the quality of products and processes.

The program will commence from 1^st of August at Techno India University campus at Salk Lake. It will be conducted on the weekends.

Key focus area of the program includes quality concepts, principles in quality management, statistical quality control, tools and techniques.  Also the course would educate the participants on quality for service industry and quality audit.

The program will be conducted by faculty members from Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) and subject experts from across the country.

The course fee for the program is 15,000 rupees; this includes examination fee and the study material.

Candidates will be awarded with certificates on the completion of the course. (KNN/ DA)
