Govt centre charges Rs 15,000 for 4-day workshop for MSMEs

Noida, Jun 5 (KNN) The MSME Technology Development Centre is charging Rs 15,000 for a four-day workshop on Project Management for budding entrepreneurs.
The programme is being organised here by the Process and Product Development Centre for technological upgradation of small scale castings and forging industries in Agra in line with PMP.
Under the programme, the training would be imparted to the upcoming entrepreneurs on project management, framework, integration, scope, time, cost, resource, risk, quality, procurement, communication, etc.
The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while honouring the preconceived constraints like scope, time and budget.
The secondary and more ambitious challenge is to optimize the allocation and integrate the inputs necessary to meet predefined objectives. (KNN/SD)
