Govt issues circular for submission of much waited subsidy MSME claims under special SCLCSS

New Delhi, Mar 18 (KNN) The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) has issued a circular for much awaited submission of subsidy claims under special Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme (SCLCSS) for Quarter 1, 2 and 3 of FY 2020-21.

''All the concerned nodal banks and agencies are hereby notified that fresh subsidy claims under SCLCSS for Quarter 1, 2 and 3 of FY 2020-21 i.e. reference date - 1 Apr 2020 to 31 Dec 2020 are to be submitted through existing Online Application and Tracking System of 0/o DC-MSME i.e. https://clcss.dcmsme.gov.in,'' the Ministry said in its circular dated March 16, 2021.

It further said that a separate window in the existing system (MIS) is operational now for submitting applications under SCLCSS. Login ID and Password will remain the same. The claims under SCLCSS will be settled by NSIC with budgetary support available under NSSH.

The undersigned is directed to state that SCLCSS has been introduced under National SC-ST Hub with the objective to promote new enterprises and support the existing enterprises in their capacity development for enhanced participation in the public procurement. It is being implemented as per the prevalent guidelines of Credit Linked Capital Subsidy component under CLCS- TU Scheme.

Subsidy of 25 per cent is provided to the eligible SC-ST MSEs of manufacturing sector from National SC-ST Hub.

''Subsidy claims under SCLCSS upto 31.03.2020 have already been cleared and the applicable subsidy amount has already been transferred to the respective nodal banks and agencies,'' the circular read.
