Haribhai Parthibhai Chaudhary takes over as new Minister of State in MSME Ministry

New Delhi, July 11 (KNN) Haribhai Parthibhai Chaudhary took over as new Minister of State in MSME Ministry here today. After assuming his office Chaudhary said that he will work towards the development of MSME sector which contributes about 40% of India’s exports.

He is a member of Lok Sabha representing the Banaskantha constituency of Gujarat. Shri Haribhai Chaudhary was born in village Jagana (in Banaskantha district, Gujarat). He has received MCom degree from Mumbai University. Prior to joining politics, Chaudhary was an Agriculturist and a Businessperson. He has been elected three terms as Member of Parliament from the Banaskantha constituency. Chaudhary also won the By-election in 2013. He represented India in the International Parliamentary Union in which 550 Members of Parliament from 145 Countries participated. (With PIB Inputs)
