IDEMI, MoMSME to conduct course on healthcare legal system on Feb 26-27

New Delhi, Feb 17 (KNN) The Institute for Design of Electrical Measuring Instruments (IDEMI), Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MoMSME) is organising a course on medico legal aspects in healthcare practices.

The course will be conducted on 26th and 27th February, 2022 at Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management and Research in New Delhi.

It will cover an array of topics ranging from introduction to Indian legal system, civil v/s criminal, law of torts in healthcare, consumer protection act, medical negligence, management of MLC in hospitals.

Various liability in healthcare, role and importance of consent in patient care, clinical establishment regulation act 2010 will also be addressed and explained throughout the course.

The timings for the two day course is 10am to 5pm and the fees is Rs 6500 + 18 per cent GST +Rs 100 which would be the registration fees in the name of IDEMI, Mumbai.

A certificate will be issued by the government of India on successful completion of the course.

All queries regarding medico legal issues in hospital and clinical practices will be answered during the course. (KNN Bureau)
