New Delhi, Jan 3 (KNN) To enhance the capacity of MSMEs to deliver effective training in the areas of entrepreneurship and business skill, the National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) in collaboration with International Finance Corporation (IFC) has launched a capacity building programme.

The programme will be held from January 14 to 17, 2014, at NIESBUD campus in Noida.

It aims at establishing a new standard of excellence for entrepreneurship and MSME training, including a process to monitor and measure results and training effectiveness, said a statement from NIESBUD.

Some of the objectives of the programme are to help the participants identifying their own and others’ learning style and implications for training and explain how to present training content effectively.

Persons engaged in SME training, HR professionals and professionals who want to venture into training can participate in the four-day capacity building training workshop.

On completion of the training, participants will get benefits like equipping key international standard training skills using tried and tested interactive adult teaching techniques and becoming a part of professional network.

NIESBUD-IFC Trainer Building Capacity Programme has been designed and will be delivered by international experts bringing the combined global expertise of both institutions. (KNN/ST)
