IICA to conduct training for capacity building of officers of J&K bank in Srinagar from Feb 3 to 6

New Delhi, Jan 28 (KNN) The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) through its centre for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is organising four day training program starting from February 3rd, for the capacity building of officers in Jammu and Kashmir.

The Four Day Capacity Building Training Programme on “Procurement (Procedures, Tenders, Bids) and Contract Management” exclusively for the officers of Jammu & Kashmir Bank will be conducted from February 3rd to 6th.

The program will help the officers of J&K bank to align the procurement strategies with management expectations and to identify actionable points, which can have an immediate effect on improving the performance of the bank in the short term, and are consistent with strategic imperatives in the long term.

IICA will ensure to deliver capacity building on contracting procedures and carrying out procurement reviews and audit and help the bank to improve risk management by enabling the officers of J&K Bank to acquire the skills and capacities to protect the bank from undue price increases, map and improve processes as well as maintain competitiveness and transparency through effective contract administration & management.
