Industries in Prayagraj appeal MoS MSME to improve implementation of centre run MSME schemes
New Delhi, June 1 (KNN) The industry associations in Prayagraj district of Uttar Pradesh have urged the Minister of State (MoS) for MSME Bhanu Pratap Verma to improve the implementation of various schemes run by the Ministry of MSME.
During a meeting with the MoS along with the officials of MSME DI, the industrialists apprised him about their grievances with regards to the schemes and presented a slew of suggestions.
Last week he held a meeting with the officials of KVIC and reviewed the progress of schemes being run by the Ministry of MSME at the North Eastern Regional office of KVIC in Guwahati, Assam.
He also inspected the premises of Sub Zonal office of Coir Board and directed the concerned officers to promote Coir products as an alternative to Single use plastic.
After addressing the grievances of the Students, the minister directed the concerned officers to provide maximum training related to the imported products so that the imported goods can be produced in India.
He directed the concerned officers to impart necessary training to the youth of the North east region of the country in order to establish more and more new enterprises and realize the vision of self-reliant India envisaged by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. (KNN Bureau)
