New Delhi, Jun 24 (KNN) Infibeam Avenues Ltd has entered into a strategic collaboration with the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) in Ahmedabad, as disclosed in a recent exchange filing.

The partnership, formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aims to accelerate the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies across enterprises, start-ups, and MSMEs.

EDII, a national resource institute for entrepreneurship education and innovation established in 1983, is supported by prominent financial institutions including IDBI Bank Ltd., IFCI Ltd., ICICI Bank Ltd., State Bank of India, and the Government of Gujarat.

As part of the agreement, Infibeam Avenues has deployed its THEIA Platform, an advanced video AI Developer Platform, at EDII's Gandhinagar campus.

This implementation provides EDII's students and entrepreneurs with state-of-the-art tools to develop AI-driven products, potentially enhancing business efficiency and capabilities.

Dr. Sunil Shukla, Director General, EDII, emphasised the alignment of this initiative with the institute's mission to foster innovation and entrepreneurship.

He stated that the integration of advanced AI technologies would equip students, start-ups, and MSMEs with essential tools for success in a digital-first environment.

Infibeam has also introduced its AI Facility Manager at EDII, initially focusing on integrating datasets and visual data from campus CCTVs for entry and exit monitoring.

This system is expected to evolve into a comprehensive facility management tool covering various aspects of campus operations.

Rajesh Kumar, CEO, Phronetic.AI, Infibeam Avenues Ltd's AI business unit, highlighted the potential of AI in enhancing campus operations and driving operational efficiencies.

The collaboration aims to provide EDII with comprehensive technological support, including infrastructure and expertise for developing AI solutions tailored to various industry needs.

Vishal Mehta, Chairman and Managing Director, Infibeam Avenues Ltd, emphasised the importance of integrating AI and tech solutions in entrepreneurial ventures for future success.

The MoU outlines specific programs including a Start-up Accelerator Programme, AI Implementation Programme, and MSME Support Programme, designed to foster innovation and accelerate AI adoption.

Additionally, Infibeam will implement 'EDII Campus Solutions' to enhance digital monitoring and AI-driven security measures for improved operational efficiency.
