K Tech Ceramics suggest for direct loans to MSMEs at lower interest rate

Cuddalore, Feb 26 (KNN) Presenting its expectations from the Union Budget 2015-16, K Tech Ceramics suggested that direct loans should be given to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from all the government banks at lower rate of interest as equal to agricultural sector at 7 per cent or 9 per cent.

It also recommended the central government to avoid giving the subsidies with many conditions which does not reach MSMEs properly.

In its wish list, the Tamil Nadu based ceramic manufacturer asked the government to give the power to bank itself for all the clearance and technical feasibility.

It recommended the government to avoid the PCB department as they are not finding any reasonable factors from the industry.They collected money from industries and waste public money, it said.

The corporation said that government should ask all the departments and industries to buy from MSMEs.

Government should depute the 100 days employment labours to MSME sector with subsidized wages, it said. (KNN/ST)
