Laghu Udyog Bharati gets new president

Bangalore, Aug 29 (KNN)  Laghu Udyog Bharati, an organisation that actively works for the betterment of micro and small industries has appointed H V S Krishna as National President.

Krishna was unanimously elected for the period 2013 to 2015, at a national annual general body meeting held at Indore on August-25, said an official release.

He had earlier served the organisation for two terms as President of the Karnataka chapter and two terms as the National Vice President.

Laghu Udyog Bharati is one of India’s largest business networks with over 5000 registered members spread across the country.

It works at a national level, its aims being to provide MSEs with the required facilities for their growth and development.

It also provides a platform for industrialists to interact and help each other so they can solve their common problems.  Moreover, it encourages them to play an active role in the overall development of the country.

Krishna is also a Central Executive Committee member of FISME.  (KNN/ES)
