Mallur Flora, a beneficiary of Govt’s VCF Scheme for SC entrepreneurs, launches Ayurvedic Propriety Medicine

New Delhi, Oct 12 (KNN) Setting an example for other MSME entrepreneurs in the country, M/s Mallur Flora & Hospitality Ltd, a beneficiary of Venture Capital Fund Scheme for Scheduled Caste Entrepreneurs launched an Ayurvedic Propriety Medicine called ‘Elixir for Life’.

Shripad Yesso Naik, Minister of State (I/C) for AYUSH launched the medicine on Tuesday and Giriraj Singh, Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises was the Special Guest at the event. 

“This product has been produced by a beneficiary of the Venture Capital Fund Scheme for Scheduled Caste (SC) Entrepreneurs launched by Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment in 2014-2015,” Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment said in a statement.

The Bengaluru based beneficiary M/s Mallur Flora & Hospitality Ltd has been financed by Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India (IFCI) and Department of Welfare Government of Karnataka (KFSC).

The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment launched the Venture Capital Fund Scheme for Scheduled Caste (SC) Entrepreneurs in 2014-2015.

As many as 50 SC entrepreneurs have so far benefitted from the scheme. The Scheme has helped the entrepreneurs in achieving economic empowerment. (KNN Bureau)
