MCA to get study conducted to assess the impact of IBC Code on MSME sector

New Delhi, July 1 (KNN) The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) wants to study and assess the likely impact of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) on the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) sector.

In this regard, the MCA is inviting research proposals to carry out a study to “assess the likely impact of the IBC Code on the MSME Sector”.

The study will be conducted under the “Funding Research and Studies, Workshops and Conferences etc” a component part of a Central Sector Plan Scheme, titled “Corporate Data Management”.

Funding Research and Studies, Workshops and Conferences etc.” is conceived as a component part of a Central Sector Plan Scheme, titled “Corporate Data Management” (CDM) proposed to be implemented by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

The Ministry has called upon the interested experts/ Institutions to furnish their research proposal on the subject as soon as possible.

The Institutions/Organisations i.e. those Societies, Trusts and Non-Profit Companies which fulfil the following Expertise and Standing specifications will be eligible to apply for funding/ grant-in-aid. (KNN Bureau)
