MIA celebrates export conclave in collaboration with Ministry of MSME

New Delhi, 27 Sep (KNN) Mohali Industries Association (MIA) in partnership with the Ministry of MSME, Department of Industries & Commerce and District Industries Centre SAS Nagar held an Exhibition cum Conclave at MIA Bhawan last Saturday.

The Exhibition was inaugurated by Himanshu Aggarwal, ADC(D), District Administration , SAS Nagar. He visited all the stalls at the Exhibition and took note of the various products which were on display. The ADC said that the District Administration will provide all possible help to industries so that Mohali is promoted as an export hub in Punjab.

A knowledge sharing session on exports and MSME schemes was also held. An introduction about the Vanijya Saptah held under the GoI program Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav was shared by ManMohinder Singh, General Manager, District Industries Centre, SAS Nagar.

The speakers on this occasion were Vivek Sabharwal, Foreign Trade Development Officer, DGFT Ludhiana, Varinder Sharma, Director, MSME-DI Ludhiana, Upkar Singh, Lead District Manager, PNB.

Speaking on the occasion Anurag Aggarwal, President said that the session has encouraged us and MIA has the required infrastructure to interpret the dreams of MSMEs into reality. He said that very soon he will try to form a cluster of exporters and take the project further with the help of experts from DGFT, FIEO and MSME-Development Institute Ludhiana.
