MIA presents memorandum to MSME Dept

New Delhi, Sep 29 (KNN) A memorandum comprising of 20 demands and issues has been presented to Gunjan Krishna, Commissioner of Micro, Small and Medium Industries (MSME) by Mysore industries Association (MIA), at a meeting of all Industries association held under the aegis of Karnataka.
MIA Secretary Suresh Kumar Jain and Treasurer Manjunath presented the MoU.
A delegation of MIA, representing Industries of Mysore, Mandya & Chamarajanagara districts, met MSME Commissioner Gunjan Krishna and submitted the memorandum comprising 20 demands and issues pertaining to industries of the region.
Demands and issues that were included in the memorandum were release of Rs 10 crore for developing infrastructure in Bannimantap, Vishweshwaranagar and other industrial areas in city and effective implementation of ‘Kaigarika spandana’ and ‘Kaigarika adalat’.
Other demands and issues were solar lighting of all Industrial areas, granting of more funds to KIADB for better industrial infrastructure and use of unused BEML land for building houses for Industrial workers.
Gunjan Krishna assured the association for looking into the demands and issues raised by MIA.
The Meeting was chaired by Basavaraj Javali president KASSIA, Raju Vice president KASSIA and S.H. Sreenivas.
