MSME Competitive Lean Scheme to be launched on 10th March in New Delhi

New Delhi, Mar 9 (KNN) The Ministry of MSMEs will present the MSME Competitive (Lean) Scheme (MCLS) on March 10, 2023 at NDMC Convention Centre in New Delhi, an official told KNN India.

Union Minister of MSME Narayan Rane, Ministrer of State for MSME Bhanu Pratap Singh Verma, senior dignitaries and MSMEs are expected to attend the event.

Under the scheme, MSMEs will be assisted in reducing their manufacturing costs, through proper personnel management, better space utilization, and scientific inventory management, improved processed flows, reduced engineering time etc.

As per the approved MCLS, Lean Certification can be attained in three levels after registering and taking the Lean Pledge.

The three levels are divided into basic, intermediate and advanced.

MSMEs can register on the portal (http://lean.msme.gov.in) under MCLS on the launch day and the registration is free of cost.  (KNN Bureau)
