MSME Data Bank can help industry get skilled labour: Kalraj Mishra

Jabalpur, Sep 14 (KNN) The MSME data bank can provide skilled labour to the industry in accordance with their needs, said Union MSME Minister Kalraj Mishra.

Mishra said this while addressing a press conference here today after inaugurating Entrepreneurship Development Workshop.

The government has now made it mandatory to furnish the information relating to their enterprise online to the Central Government in the MSME data bank for the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Office of Development Commissioner, MSME had said in a recent notification that uploading of information as stipulated in Implementation of MSMED (Furnishing of Information) Rule 2016 is necessary on the part of MSMEs.

Mishra also said that Udyog Aadhar Memorandum (UAM) and revival & rehabilitation policy are two important tools for ease of doing business which the government has done.

He said that UAM is an important tool to register the industry within five minutes without any documentation and money.

Speaking about the revival and rehabilitation policy of the ministery, the Minister said “We are working for the Revival and rehabilitation of the sick industries.”

“These two things are very important in the context of Ease of Doing business,” he added.

Mishra stated that the Jabalpur is the great place to invest for the investors. (KNN Bureau)
