MSME Development Centre organises courses on project management

Gurgaon, Dec 2 (KNN) In an effort to fill the existing skill gap and impart training to achieve specific goals, the MSME Development Centre is organising a course on project management.
To be held in Mumbai and Gurgaon, the four day certificate course will be held on 14th, 15th, 21st and 22nd December.
It will cover the basics of project management, framework, integration, scope, time, cost, resource, risk, quality, procurement, communication, etc.
Participants would learn how to face competition, make career changes, make more money, better evaluate his/her talents as well as talents and skills of others, among others.
Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to achieve specific goals.
The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while honouring the preconceived constraints. Typical constraints are scope, time and budget. The secondary and more ambitious challenge is to optimize the allocation and integrate the inputs necessary to meet predefined objectives. (KNN/ST)
