MSME-DI, Chennai, organizing vendor development programme cum buyer-seller meet on Oct 7-8

Chennai, Sep 30 (KNN) MSME Development Institute, Chennai, is organising a Vendor development programme and exhibition-cum buyer-sellers meet at Valluvarkottam on October 7-8.

The programme is being supported by the National Small Industries Corporation and State Department of Industries and Commerce, Punjab National Bank and Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The programme aims to give a platform to the MSME vendors and the large buyers including railways, defence and other PSUs for better coordination.

Public Sector Undertakings like Railways, BHEL, NLC, BEML, HAL, are likely to participate in the event and showcase their requirements and will assess the competencies of the potential MSMEs participating in the event.

During the programme details on vendor registration procedures of respective PSUs/ PSEs will be explained by the officials representing major enterprises.

Financial schemes available for existing MSMEs for diversification, modernisation and expansion will also be included.
