MSME-DI organises training to enhance biz profits

New Delhi, Sept 25 (KNN) In an effort to enhance business profitability, the MSME-Development Institute is organising a management development programme on business negotiation skills for the first time here.
The programme to be held from October 7-11 would cater to entrepreneurs, start-ups, and also those in the planning stage of their businesses. Some overseas trainers are expected to participate as resource persons.
“The programme will focus on the negotiation skills for the entrepreneurs as well as upcoming entrepreneurs about the business norms and rules,” said the programme coordinator.
“This is the first time we are organising such a programme as there were lot of demands coming from the industry,” he added.
MSME-DI provides a range of services for promotion and up-gradation of small-scale units by providing consultancy on projects and areas of investment including technical information for selection of suitable plant and machinery, manufacturing process, products designing and diversification, plant lay out preparation etc.
The institute assists small scale enterprises in upgrading knowledge and improving their technical skills through structured management and skill upgradation programmes. (KNN/SD)
