Chennai, Sep 9 (KNN) Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises  Development Institute (MSME-DI), Chennai, is conducting a four-day weekend workshop on Leadership Skill Development on September 10-11 & September 17-18 which will cover various themes on leadership.

Talking to KNN India, Vijay Laxmi Murli who is a trainer for this programme said that it is about the leadership session which will give an overall view about what exactly is leadership in action.

“Ten topics will be covered which will be on listening, questioning, skill, coaching, motivation, teamwork etc.,” she informed.

She further said that all those things will be done not only in theoretical way but it will be having lot of exercises, stories, videos and then how one can actually take on leadership in action in the organisation or whatever one is doing.

Speaking on number of people participating, she said that the registration process is still going on.
