MSME-DI to conduct training programme on fund sourcing technique

Chennai, Jul 7 (KNN) The MSME Development Institute, Chennai is conducting a certificate training programme on fund sourcing technique for the benefit of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from July 13 to 31. The fee of the three-week training programme will be Rs 15, 000.
 
The programme will cover the topics like fundamental analysis of financial statements, technical analysis, calculation of fund raising eligibility, capital structure, financial reengineering and optimising cost of capital.
 
It also covers the concepts of term loans, various methods for raising term loans, concept of working capital, operating cycle, ratio analysis, eligibility calculation, method to raise working capital and rating methodology.
 
Documentation, preparation of information memorandum and preparation of bank progress report would also be dealt in the course.
 
Individuals like entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, students, MBA, CA, ICWA, ACS and any other graduates having aptitude to learn finance age will be participating in the three week training programme.
 
The scope of the training is to provide them the knowledge on raising funds for themselves, scope to enter, corporates as financial adviser, bank as advances specialist, consultants with fund raising solution and special in IPO documentation.
 
Participants will be awarded Government of India certificates at the end of the training programme. (KNN Bureau)
