MSME drives AUM growth in Capri Global Capital, increases by 42% YoY

New Delhi, Feb 15 (KNN) The Assets Under Management (AUM) at Capri Global Capital (CGCL) in Q3 increased by 42 per cent YoY which was driven by MSMEs, affordable housing, and construction finance segments reaching Rs 5769.3 crore.

The company's consolidated net profit rose from 32.05 per cent to Rs 64.89 crore on 32.49 per cent increase in total income to Rs 253.78 crore.

In Q3FY22, it reported it’s highest ever consolidated PAT. 

Profit before tax (PBT) rose 32.40 per cent y-o-y to Rs 86.07 crore in Q3 December 2021.

It is also expecting to generate strong growth in six months through the co-lending arrangement with State Bank of India and Union Bank of India it signed during December 2021. 

Outstanding borrowings increased 25% YoY to touch Rs 4169.4 crore. Borrowings were long term and well-diversified across 17 lending institutions. 

Over the next five years it aims to target 1,500 branch locations and a gold loan book size of Rs 8,000 crore whilst expanding its reach in Tier 2 and 3 markets in West and North India.
