New Delhi, Nov 26 (KNN)  The MSME Development Institute has organised specialised management development programmes on export, marketing, stress management and personality development to benefit weaker sections of the society.

All the courses will be held here in December.

The course on Export Management to be held from December-9 to 13 here will cover export documentation, steps and procedures, finance, terms for payment, communication, pricing,  customs clearance and port formalities and ECGC policies.

On the other hand, the course on personality development also scheduled for December-9 to 13 will deal with issues such as what constitutes personality, perception to life, building high self-esteem, confidence building, effective communication, etc.

Marketing management which will be held from December-16 to 20 will constitute the modern concepts of marketing, marketing mix, market segmentation, research and sales forecasting, pricing decision, sales promotion, advertising, creative selling, marketing assistance by government, etc.

With an aim to develop personalities the last course (December-16 to 20) would include motivation, goal setting, stress coping, time and stress management, games and activities.

The course is meant for weaker sections of the society including women, SC/ST, etc.  (KNN/ES)
