MSME Min ropes in ISED as institutional associate to Prabhat Kumar Committee

New Delhi, June 15 (KNN) The Kochi-based Institute of Small Enterprise and Development (ISED) has been roped in as an institutional associate to the Prabhat Kumar Committee on MSME Policy.

According to a media report, ISED would help the committee in research and analysis to help the committee draft its final recommendations.

ISED would also coordinate its operation from the national capital and its headquarters based in Kochi.

Former Cabinet Secretary and former Governor of Jharkhand, Prabhat Kumar, was appointed as the head of one-man committee to draft the MSME policy.

Recently, Union MSME Minister Kalraj Mishra said that the Committee would finalize all the recommendations by October 31, 2016. (KNN Bureau)
