MSME Ministry along with GIZ-QCI conducting intl training workshop for BMOs to promote innovation

New Delhi, July 19 (KNN) Focussing on facilitating cooperation between different stakeholders assist the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) innovate, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in association with Quality Council of India (QCI) is conducting a two day workshop themed “Innovation and Internalisation Strategy”.

The workshop is scheduled on 20th and 21st of July.

The main objective of the workshop is to train  Business Membership Organizations (BMO) in the field of innovation management. It further aims to encourage practices among the MSMEs that could help develop a vibrant ecosystem.

The two day International workshop is a part of the ongoing “Innovation Promotion in MSME Clusters” project that is being executed by GIZ and Office of DC MSME collaboratively.

The sessions include a wide array of themes such as developing strategies for innovation for the MSME clusters, adopting practices from Germany, technology and innovation etc.

Key officials from GIZ and the MSME Ministry including Dr Arun Kumar Panda, Sec MSME, S.N Tripathi, AS, DC MSME and representatives from Industry Bodies and MSME clusters are expected to participate in the workshop. (KNN/ DA)
