New Delhi, Jan 25 (KNN) The 9th Meeting of Programme Steering Committee for Technology Centre Systems Programme (TCSP) was held in the national capital recently.

TCSP is a World Bank assisted programme of Rs 2200 Crores to be utilised in modernising 18 existing Tool Rooms and set up 15 new Tool Rooms all over the country.

The meeting was chaired by Secretary, Ministry of MSME, Dr Anup K Pujari at the MSME.

According to some studies, TCs have been successful in serving MSMEs and therefore suggested that there is a strong need to replicate these at more locations across the country so that MSMEs in the remaining states can also benefit from such centres. (KNN Bureau)
