MSME Ministry organizing programme on Zero Defect & Zero Effect

Noida, July 29 (KNN) The MSME Technology Development Centre, Agra is organizing a 4-days programme on Zero Defect & Zero Effect here.

The programme would be held on July 30-31 and August 6-7, 2016 at TAI Infotech Pvt Ltd, Noida.

During the programme, there would be deliberations about the  Zed scheme of Ministry of MSME.

Details about the financial support and 50 components of the scheme would be given.

At the end of the programme, certificates would be issued to the candidates.

The Office of Development Commissioner, MSME recently announced the guidelines for implementation  of the "Financial Support to MSMEs in ZED Certification Scheme" with a total budget of Rs 491.00 crores during the 12th Five Year Plan.

The scheme is an extensive drive to create proper awareness in MSMEs about Zero Effect Zero Defect (ZED) manufacturing and motivate them for assessment of their enterprise for ZED and support them, the Government notification announces.

It may me mentioned that the mission of Zero Defect, Zero Effect was launched by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his Independence Day speech, on 15 the August, 2014.

His objective was to enhance manufacturing in India under ‘Make in India’ while taking care of quality and environmental effects. (KNN Bureau)
